I'm a cross-functional product designer with a passion for crafting human‑centered experiences that seamlessly blend storytelling, technology, and culture. I specialize in bringing clarity to ambiguity, uncovering non‑obvious opportunities, and crafting experiences people don't know they need—yet.

Director, Design At Visa

At Visa, I drove product experience innovation—developing strategies for digital products, services, and environments. I reimagined key customer experiences, leading client initiatives for Visa.

I led design as part of PXD+D

The Product, Experience Design, and Digital (PXD+D) team is a design innovation group within Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), focused on creating meaningful value for clients.

At PXD, I led product experience innovation—shaping strategies for digital products, services and environments. I reimagined key credit card customer experiences, leading initiatives such as a redesigned autopay flow, a new in-app dispute process and an experience rewards marketplace that combines travel, dining, entertainment and activities.

By blending human-centered design with strategic thinking, I crafted tailored products, services, and experiences that resonated with the market and accelerated client growth. The final result, intuitive solutions—built on insight, validated by people, and proven to drive lasting impact.

My design Process
Delivering insights and products that drive change

My process is structured yet flexible, grounded in curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. It's how I move from insight to impact—one thoughtful step at a time.

  • Kickoff

It all starts with listening. By asking open questions, I uncover what's known, what's assumed, and what's uncertain. I guide stakeholders and teams through a collaborative process to define goals and clarify what success truly looks like.

  • Discover

I research everything related — and some things that aren't. Exploring deeply, inside and outside the category, I seek to understand the landscape, the people, and their pain points. Through interviews and experience mapping, I look for patterns that reveal what really matters.

  • Define

I bring clarity to ambiguity. Synthesizing what I've learned, I focus the problem into a clear, actionable definition. Personas, mindsets, and insights form the foundation for design that's intentional, human, and meaningful.

  • Generate

This is where ideas run free. I lead collaborative workshops that invite both the working team and stakeholders to explore without limits — thinking laterally, dreaming boldly, and embracing the weird. It's often the unexpected ideas that become the most powerful, stretching beyond what seems immediately possible.

  • Build

Here, ideas take shape. I evaluate and select concepts based on project goals and the defined problem. I prototype, design, and refine with care — balancing precision, beauty, and purpose. Details matter. Every choice serves intent. The aim isn't perfection, but excellent craft that uncovers novel solutions and moves users forward.

  • Evaluate

I test for desirability, usability, and viability. Through interviews and observation, I listen to how people engage and feel. Success isn't measured by performance alone, but by connection — by how it resonates. I read between the lines, distilling insights into clear, next steps.

  • Repeat

Design is never finished. I refine, rebuild, and push further — always chasing the idea that goes beyond the expected. Each iteration brings the work closer to something simple, honest, and true.

What users have to say about my work
Participant 3“I love how easy breezy this is. This type of service would literally make me wanna transfer my checking to a new banking partner. This is fabulous.”
Participant 9“I felt like the financial institution worked hard to make me feel supported. It sets a fine example of what other banks could aspire to.”
Participant 1“My current travel portal is pretty good, however, the addition of the AI with regards to itinerary planning and the card are features that are better than my current portal.”
Participant 2“I wish my bank had something like this... I like the step-by-step process and how it guides me to accomplish what I need to in a few simple steps.”
Participant 11“I felt like the financial institution worked hard to make me feel supported. It sets a fine example of what other banks could aspire to.”
Participant 5“There's value in researching this way because my assumption is its gonna put it all together, make it easily shareable and give me a quick and easy idea of the cost.”
